Data processed by this site
The current version serves public content and does not include forms, authentication, user accounts, comments, or first-party storage. The hosting provider may retain limited technical logs for security, availability, and diagnostics.
Usage and performance analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics processes visits, page views, paths, referrers, general device, browser, and country information, as well as metrics such as LCP, INP, and CLS. Its beacon does not use cookies, localStorage, or other browser storage. Cloudflare states that it discards the IP address at the nearest data center and does not individually identify or track site visitors. We use this aggregated data to understand the event's reach and improve the experience.
Venue map
The interactive map loads map data from OpenFreeMap. If the browser does not support the required rendering, an OpenStreetMap fallback is shown. In either case, the browser requests map data directly from the corresponding provider. Your location is not requested, no API key is shared, and the map does not install tracking cookies. The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps only when you choose it.
External registration
Registration buttons lead to Eventbrite, where its terms and privacy policy apply. This site does not receive, store, or relay information entered during registration.
