Expected behavior
- Treat everyone with respect and consideration.
- Listen actively and welcome different perspectives and experiences.
- Respect personal boundaries, physical space, and consent.
- Follow instructions from the organizing team and venue staff.
- Take care of equipment, facilities, and shared resources.
Unacceptable behavior
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, threats, violence, non-consensual physical contact, sexualized comments, sustained disruption, recording against a person's wishes, or conduct that puts attendees or staff at risk will not be tolerated.
Incident response
The organizing team may issue a warning, remove someone from an activity, or expel anyone who violates these rules. When appropriate, the team may request support from venue security or relevant authorities.
How to report
During the event, you may approach any identified core team member. The confidential digital reporting channel will be shared before the event.
